This email is to thank all your members of staff that made our 4 day break so enjoyable. We had such a good time at the resort the only sad aspect was that the days passed by so quickly. Its staff made such good impression by their professionalism , courtesy, honesty , together with the fact we were always greeted with the most welcoming of smiles. I must mention three members of staff who exceeded all our expectations in service and friendliness , these are Conrado Hernandez, Rafael Vacas, and Manuel Blanco, all are a credit to the hotel and themselves. One of our party lost his wallet, the chambermaid found it and handed. We will be coming back to revisit the hotel, friends and families have been given all the details of the standard's of the hotel and its staff.
