The Hotel Guadalmina has got a taxi stand just outside the hotel. If you do not find any please, contact reception and they will be happy to call one for you.

For price information please contact us. It is essential to book the shuttle with 24 hours before day of arrival or departure. To book your Airport pickup, contact our Reservations Department.

Where I can rent a car?
You can rent a car in the same hotel reception. We have a preferential arrangement for our clients with the car rental company Europcar.

How many restaurants are there in the hotel?
You can find information about our restaurants on the following link: http://www.hotelguadalmina.com/en/restaurants. Restaurant Form Request. Remember that you have at your disposal a Service Room service from 8:00 am to 23:00 pm.

What are the check in and check out time?
The check in must be done after 16:00 pm, and check out before 12:00 h. There is no need to wait till 16: 00 pm if the room is ready at your arrival. If you need to leave the room after 12:00 h, please contact our Reservations Department. This could be an extra charge depending on the time requested and the occupancy of the hotel.

Can you book a green fee at any golf course?
Hotel Guadalmina has got a Golf Department who will answer any of your requests. You can choose among more than 30 Golf Courses in the are with special agreements. Besides, hotel guests will profit a special price to play at the Guadalmina Golf Course. Check our courses: www.hotelguadalmina.com

Are Animals allowed?
Dogs up to 30 kilos are allowed. We will inform you at your arrival about the standards and rules.

What activities for children does the hotel offer?
The hotel offers its guests a Kids Club at Easter and during the months of July and August for children between 3 and 12 years old. More information about Miniclub Guadalmina

Do I have towels to go to the pool or beach?
Upon arrival at the hotel reception you will be given a card to ask for a towel. This card can be redeemed at the point of delivery of towels, located in the pool. Anytime you can return the towel at the same point again and you will receive your card. The “Swimming Card” must be left at the Reception Desk at the time of your check out, otherwise an extra charge will be entitled.

Is the Breakfast included in the price of the room?
Breakfast at the hotel is always included in the price of the room. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet overlooking the Guadalmina Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea.

Is it necessary to give details of the credit card to book?
Yes, it is required a credit card number and expiry date to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be done unless required by the rate conditions or in case of No Show or non compliance with the cancellation policy.

When do I pay for my stay?
Direct payment upon check out. Should you wish to prepay your stay by bank transfer, just ask for bank account details and send us the transfer bank copy to our fax number +34 952 882 291.

What is the cancellation policy?
- The reservation will be paid at the hotel. The credit card is just used as a guarantee (*).
- 24 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged, but the 16/03/2012 till 17/11/2012 cancellation must be 48 hours. For cancellations not made within this period, 1 night stay will be charged.
- In case of No Show, first night will be charged.
- Early check out: 100% of the first cancelled night will be charged.

Do you have Baby Cots?
Baby Cots (on request) are free from 0-2 year old child. A Baby Cot is permitted in all room types.

Can you put an extra bed in the room?
Extra beds (on request) have a cost of 25,00 € + 8% VAT for children up to 12 years old. This price includes Breakfast Buffet. Extra bed from 12 years old will cost € 40.00 + 8% tax per night with breakfast included Only one extra bed is allowed in any room type or suite.
